- Participants: CHU Lille ,AAU, CH Denain, CHU Rouen, KITE, Region H.
- Objectives: To produce, thanks to knowledge elicitation, formalisation of data and semantic mining, knowledge for the next work packages, especially WP4. To enable the automation of knowledge elicitation and formalisation from the results of mining techniques applied to healthcare repositories
- Work Process: WP 3 is divided into four tasks: (1) To filter and validate the results of data and semantic mining techniques which allow us to identify cases related to preventable adverse events (2) To provide a structured description of the cases which are the best candidates for the design of a PSIP alerting or Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS); (3) To characterize the human factor based causes of the selected events; (4) To provide functional specifications for the corresponding preventive PSIP CDSS modules based on a taxonomy that will constitute the functional model for the knowledge engineering task in WP 4
- Expected Results: Filtering and validation of Data and Semantic Mining results for identification of Adverse Events. Final specifications for the design of the PSIP CDSS modules
