Work Package 0 - Management and Co-ordination

  •  Participants: AAU, Acure, AUTH, CH Denain, CHU Lille CHU Rouen, IDEEA, KITE, Medsays, Oracle, Region H, UMIT, VIDAL. 
  • Objectives: The objective of this Work Package is to ensure an overall and daily efficient running of the project in accordance with the Grant Agreement and its annexes and other relevant documents. 
  • Work Process: The Consortium Agreement will be finalised and signed by all the partners for the start date of the project, the necessary legal support will be provided by the CHU Lille on its own resources. CHU Lille will produce a draft for the Project Handbook deliverable which will contain rules for the practical running of the project, hence, specification of software employed in project administration, supplementary templates for reporting partner.
    The objective of the quality management process is to ensure that work and results are of the highest quality, this process will be continuous throughout the project .The main task is therefore to design procedures for quality management which will be described in the “Quality and Risk Manual” deliverable and principles discussed at the project kick-off meeting.
    The ethical and gender concerns linked to the use and exploitation of medical records are inspired by the regulations of National Agencies to guarantee the privacy, confidentiality and security of patients data.As ethical issues are of first importance, one of the member of the Advisory Board will be chosen as an expert in Ethical Issues. 
  • Expected Results: Project management and co-ordination will be based on the following elements: the PSIP Grant Agreement,  the Consortium Agreement, the Project Handbook, Project Board and Consortium Meetings,  an Advisory Board, the Quality Assurance and Risk Management Handbook.
